I hate how so many people think Phase 4’s gonna have nothing to offer, and I’m like...HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE TRAILERS FOR THIS SHOW?
I too was thinking the same after watching endgame in the cinema... ( the last movie i watched in theaters since covid) After getting home i immediately wanted to know what marvel has to offer in Phase 4. Since january my life is all about fridays now if you know what i mean. Im so glad to get to know these characters and the best example is WandaVision. Wanda and Vision just became my favourite characters of MARVEL but in the end it's pretty much everyone for me :-D

my take: Falcon thinks Cap's shoes are too big to fill so he refuses to take on the mantle of the new Captain America. Bucky won't take up the shield because Cap specifically handed it over to Sam and he wants to honor his wish. The shield will then end up with the 'U.S. Agent' (probably thanks to the government). TFATWS will be focusing on the aftermath of Cap leaving the Avengers and Sam and Bucky trying to get back the shield.

Bucky should be the new Cap. He's a super soldier. Sam is just a regular dude with a flight suit. It's such an obvious agenda...
I like the idea that they both use the shield, not just one of them, mainly because they are friends of Steve from two lifetimes. So the shield being used by both is just that extra special.
